The Yankees were presented with their 2009 World Series Championship Rings today at Yankee Stadium. The best moment was saved for last as Series MVP Hideki Matsui, now a member of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, was also awarded his ring from the visitor dugout. Continuing the motto of keeping the clubhouse loose from last year, shenanigans continued. The Captain, Derek Jeter pre ceremony apparently replaced Matsui's ring with a cheap tin one. After a laugh the real ring was replaced. Hideki was not alone in the prank as Nick Swisher also fell victim, this time at the hands of Mariano Rivera.
